This evidence-based, holistic approach harnesses the power of first line prevention with second line robust immunity to achieve the overarching goal of minimizing your risk of exposure and then maximizing the resistance after exposure to COVID-19.
It is designed to empower you to take positive lifestyle changes that will not only help you get through this pandemic, but also set you up for a lifetime of healthier behaviors for the future.

I am passionate about using food as medicine and leveraging cutting-edge genomic and functional medicine tools to create personalized plans for optimal outcomes.
I created a COVID-19 integrative and functional nutrition course to help empower people to take positive action towards better health during this pandemic. My comprehensive model integrates the many facets of health that are needed to reduce exposure risk and support immune resiliency. The goal of the course is to promote behavioral changes to flatten the curve and save lives.
